We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Careers Advisor to empower students in making informed decisions about their future pathways. This role involves providing individual and group guidance on career exploration, post-school options, and skills development. Applicants should possess a strong understanding of the New Zealand education system, career pathways, and the local job market. 

Position includes

1. Collaborating with Junior and Senior Deans to engage with careers education across the school.

2. Potential to support our developing Trades Academy as part of our strategic plan. 

3. Supporting the faculty to build student capacity in obtaining scholarships and grants.

Applicants should possess an understanding of a variety of post-secondary education opportunities, including scholarships and grants.

Experience with curriculum development, assessment, and student support is also highly valued. This is a great opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people. Non teaching applicants may also apply.
