We are embarking on an exciting new vision for a three school model for our kura from the beginning of 2027.
Our kura delivers an innovative curriculum focused on knowing and growing learners as individuals. We are seeking an inspiring and knowledgeable Senior Mathematics Curriculum Lead to shape high-quality teaching and learning across our senior programmes. Working with the Head of Learning Area and wider curriculum leadership team, you will lead the design, implementation, assessment and ongoing review of a coherent curriculum that creates strong pathways and enables every learner to flourish.
You will provide clear curriculum and people leadership for teachers within your area, lead robust assessment and moderation processes, and use learner achievement data to identify priorities and drive improvement. You will bring excellent knowledge of senior Mathematics and relevant NZQA requirements, alongside the ability to translate curriculum expectations into engaging classroom practice.
We are looking for a warm and demanding leader who builds trust, grows teacher capability and holds high expectations for curriculum quality, professional practice and learner outcomes.
All applicants must hold current full New Zealand teacher registration and a practising certificate, and be eligible to work in New Zealand.
