Deputy Principal


As another of our experienced DP's has been recognised by being promoted to a Principal position, a rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Senior Leadership Team at Whangaparāoa College.

We are seeking an experienced, inspirational and forward-thinking leader with a strength in curriculum leadership, a proven ability to build high-performing teams, lead change with confidence, and drive continuous improvement. You will be a strategic thinker and an exceptional communicator, with the ability to innovate and enhance our school’s vision for the future.

Your expertise in curriculum design, assessment, and pedagogy will ensure our students experience a dynamic, future-focused, and inclusive learning environment.
