‘We are embarking on an exciting new vision for a three-school model for our kura from the beginning of 2027. This is your opportunity to join our forward-thinking school as we proactively respond to roll growth and the new curriculum. 

Each of our three schools – Junior, Middle, and Senior – will have a pastoral team dedicated to the holistic pastoral care, support, and engagement of our learners.  Each team of four House Deans will be led by a Head of Learner Experience, a “Super Dean” role providing leadership and oversight of learner wellbeing, behaviour, engagement and pastoral systems.

We are seeking passionate leaders that have confidence, experience, and expertise in restorative practice, de-escalation strategies, team leadership, learner engagement strategies, data analysis, successful pastoral systems and processes, and community event management.

Our kura delivers an innovative curriculum with a focus on knowing and growing our learners as individuals.

Our approach to holistic learner experience ensures that learners are engaged both inside and outside of the classroom through extracurricular clubs, sports, performing and cultural arts, learner leadership opportunities, and camps .
