We are embarking on an exciting new vision for a three school model for our kura from the beginning of 2027.
Each of our three schools—Junior, Middle and Senior—will have a team of four House Deans, each supporting approximately 150 learners across multiple year levels. This role combines strong pastoral care and guidance with creating the positive experiences, connections and House spirit that help learners feel known, supported and proud to belong.
We are seeking passionate, learner-centred leaders to guide and support learners through their college journey. Our House Deans play a key role in providing an environment in which our learners can thrive through academic and social guidance, a whānau-like House culture, and learner leadership opportunities.
The ideal applicant will have confidence, experience, and expertise in restorative practice, de-escalation strategies, data analysis, collaborative planning and community engagement. Please state your specialist teaching subject.
All applicants must have current NZ teacher registration and be eligible to work in New Zealand.

Our kura delivers an innovative curriculum with a focus on knowing and growing our learners as individuals.
