Teacher of English and Media Studies, Commencing As Soon As Practicable

We seek an enthusiastic educator to teach in our well-resourced English Faculty, commencing as soon as practicable. A passion for literacy and literature is essential, as is NCEA experience. Working with a supportive Head of Learning, this could suit either a beginning teacher or someone with leadership experience or aspirations. Our Media Studies program has experienced growth over the past two years, so a desire to teach the subject or experience in teaching it would be an advantage.

You will work with a dedicated and supportive team, who will share your commitment to learner engagement and achievement. You will be well supported through the current curriculum changes, and encouraged in your own professional growth through our school's Professional Learning and Development programme, and with strong support for external opportunities.
