We are embarking on an exciting new vision for a three school model for our kura from the beginning of 2027.
Our kura delivers an innovative curriculum through effective, evidence-based pedagogy, enabling us to know and grow every learner.
We are seeking two additional Team Leaders in our Junior School. Each Team Leader will lead a teaching team, combining people leadership, curriculum leadership and responsibility for the day-to-day operation of their team.
Working alongside the Deputy Principal - Junior School and wider Junior School leadership team, you will create clear expectations, build collective responsibility and support excellent teaching. You will use learner achievement, engagement and attendance information to identify priorities, know and grow teachers through coaching and feedback, and ensure learners are known, connected and supported to succeed.
We are looking for positive, visible and highly organised leaders who can combine warmth and support with clarity and accountability. You will understand the learning and developmental needs of Years 7–8 learners, build strong relationships with staff, learners and whānau, and contribute actively to a vibrant and cohesive Junior School culture.
All applicants must hold current full New Zealand teacher registration and a practising certificate, and be eligible to work in New Zealand.
